...Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Simon Says..

Been one of those weeks again with anything and every that could happen did. In between the city council changing the power lines last Friday and the pub without power until late Friday night we had our very own sauna. So I do apologize to anyone that came down that day and face the heat wave. Although I did get several mentions of very attentive staff fanning customer while they sweated through their libations.

Anyway apart from that another week has flown by and we are already into the last week of August, and quickly moving towards the end of the year. The best part of this week is that our new premise has finally been started with earthworks and piles starting. So the new

    Shenanigans is now underway.
I will keep everyone informed with progress throughout the new venture and dates of upcoming milestones of construction with some photo’s thrown in. Shenanigans Very Friendly Golf Society had another outing this week at

Laem Chabang courses A&B. a great turnout out again with 23 players again with me missing out on a partner.
This week it saved someone a lot of embarrassment with my great run nearly coming to a crashing halt. Nearly but not quite.
A beautiful day not to hot and no rain made it very enjoyable with a slightly later tee off than usual. I think this later tee off helped with a very quick run around with around a 4hr round by everyone.

Winners: Ian and Carletn
Second: Dene & Richard (second on countback)
Third: Larry and Ian
Next outing Tuesday 29th August at Laem Chabang 1pm tee off.
Well plenty of sport on last week with the Tri-Nations starting again after a weeks layoff.
A great game between Australia and New Zealand with of course the baddies winning again to move on to a 14 game streak. I hope they are staring to peak to soon again, before the world cup next year.
The start of the English premiership kicked off this weekend with some great games.

We look forward to the rest of the 10month season. Don’t forget Shenanigans is the best place to watch all your live sport.

Well that’s me for another week catch you all on the flip side.
