...Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Simon Says..

Been a busy week down here with St Patrick Day last Friday we had a great day that carried on into the wee hours of the morning. A couple of hiccups with the Irish band I had booked the lead singer came down with the flu that has been traveling around and couldn’t make it on

the day which was a bit sad but we managed and had a good time with plenty of Irish songs and as always River dance.
As always our kitchen staff put out a great paddy’s day buffet which went over a very well.

With all the Guinness and killkenny that was consumed our suppliers will be more than happy.Enough said by me on paddy’s pictures can say a whole lot more. Thanks everyone for helping make a great day.

Well the 6 nations is over and I think it has been the closest contest in years no one team stood out they all sort of sucked!!!!
At least we have the super 14’s to keep the southern hemisphere in competitive rugby. Look forward to some of the upcoming test matches.

The commonwealth games are in full swing and we have 4 dedicated channels to show all who are still interested in the commonwealth that we can play sport. I was amazed last week at just how many countries are still part of it. God bless the Queen….

SVFGS had a small outing on Tuesday with only a few die hard’s playing Burapha for the 3rd time in nearly as many days after the PSC club championships. A quick and fun round was had and finished just before the rain came.

Don’t forget our next outing on the 28th March at Burapha. We also have the Funhill cup again on the 21st of April so get ready for another great day.

Well that’s me for this week take care and see you all soon.
