Shenanigans The Irish Pub's Diary - Archived
Week of January 10th - 16th, 2006 by Simon Dutton
...Hello
and welcome to this weeks Simon Says..
We are half way through
January and things just don’t seem to
be slowing down. I am still trying to get
over how quickly last year went by and as
soon as I take a breath half of January has
gone.
I have had a great time this year so far and
have met so many new people already as well
as a few old regulars who just keep popping
in through out the year.
We are moving
ahead with allsorts happening this month and
next. The Shenanigans house band
are grooving the night away every Tuesday,
Wednesday and Friday with a great
mix of tunes which always seems to surprise
me with new songs every night. Lately we have
been having a few guest appearances by some
of the international
talent on
holiday with plenty of great times being had
by all.
Don’t forget all the sport coming up
this month and early next month. We have the
premiership every week. Coming up early next
month we have the 6 nations Rugby
which all games will be televised followed
by the Winter Olympics and the Super
bowl.
We have a big party on the 6th Feb
with the Super bowl kicking
off early and the Coach
( Bangkok
Post) coming down from Bangkok for discussions
and Q&A during the game. See attached
flyers for all the gossip.
Shenanigans Very Friendly Golf Society is
still going strong and all are welcome to
come play and have a great time. See the
web site, posters in the bar or in the Pattaya
Mail to see when and where we are playing.
Hope to see you all soon.
