Shenanigans The Irish Pub's Diary - Archived
Week of September 6th - 12th, 2005
by Simon Dutton

Simon Dutton, Shenanigans General Manager

...Hello everyone and welcome to another week of Simon Says

Well with all the weather changes this week we have had a very different week, but as always a lot of fun. The boys are back from the PI for the golf and mayhem has rained with all sorts happening and some very funny times had by all.

It has been a very diverse weekend with the ashes coming down to the last day and plenty of banter has been going on throughout the pub during this time. What a great test series it has been.

Well as always we maintain the most sporting coverage we can at anyone one time so I do apologize to all the Irish people over here at the moment who have asked me for the hurling and Gaelic football I am trying to organize something but it is taking a bit longer than expected.

Don’t forget that we have the Shenanigans Irish Open (More info & entry form) coming up at the end of this month the 30th September to be specific.

The Open is a individual stableford competition so come on down and join up for a great time. See the posters in the bar or on the web site. Hope to see you all on the course.
I would like to wish Dave and Cherry a safe trip back to England.

I have very much enjoyed your company and comments over the past month have a safe one and hope to catch up again soon.
That’s me for this week see you all next week.
