...Welcome to this week Simon Says...

We have had a busy week down here at the pub nothing unusual for all our regular customers I have been speaking to different friends around town and am getting some pretty low readings on the tourist front.I have been told and have seen
by visiting some of Pattaya’s hot spots that we are at the lowest point of low season at the moment. The only good thing with this in mind is that Shenanigans throughthe visitors and the locals that we have, have kept

Shenanigans very busy with such a great atmosphere. We will continue to keep this going for everyone, so come on down and enjoy one of the busiest pubs in Pattaya.
On the news front this week we are just about completed with the paper work for the NEW IMPROVED Shenanigans. Now many rumors have abounded since I have taken over the pub and to get things straight on the record YES our lease is up at the current premise in November 2006 (15 months away).

Yes we have just about finalized where the new Shenanigans will be positioned. (stay tuned for details) as yes according to my statements in the Pattaya Expat magazine this month “ There will always be a Shenanigans in Pattaya”. I hope this has finally put to bed a lot of the rumors about what was happening. Well what a week in sport we had the opening weekend of the English Premiership with 6 games shown live down here at the pub. There was some cracking games to kick off the first week.

Makes you wonder who will be who in the zoo in the following weeks. The rugby what can I say about the rugby I am still now drowning my sorrows into my beer. My social life is in ruins and all I have to look forward to is the South African game next week, which I am filled with confidence about. A great crowd was on hand for the game with a sensational atmosphere throughout out the pub except for my little corner.
I had an Englishman and a Kiwi singing Waltzing Matilda to me all through the game and am still trying to work out exactly why. ( it could be because I think it is the most embarrassing thing in international sport at present).Anyway moving on we have a great line up of events for next week so come on down have a beer and a meal. We are always out for a good time.
