...Welcome to another week of Simon says

This has been a strange week with a couple of days off on Thursday and Friday. While I blissfully slept in my condo with a good book my staff went out for the annual company holiday. My non participation in this was due to several small unsurities of whether there was hot water and a proper toilet.

Due to limited assurances I bade farewell and good luck hoping to see them all back safe and sound in a couple of days. (I am afraid my roughing it days finished when I left the boy scouts).
A great time was had by all the staff see the photo’s. Thank you everyone that helped to make this years staff party a success.Well with a couple of days off it was back full steam ahead on the weekend with plenty happening as always.
Beautiful, Sai, Jake, Lek, Kaeng, Nui

Tuesday was the Shenanigans Very Friendly Golf Society outing to Mountain Shadow. I have not played this course in a few years and it was in great condition and will be going back in the near future. We had the regular villains out this week but it was a new pairing that took home the prize. (about time I won for a change)
Winners this week Simon and Rob (the down under connection)
Second this week Gerry and Mark
Third this week Larry and Ian

Heineken Man

I am O.K.
Oh...No... Beautiful

Our next outing is on the 2nd of August at Burapha tee off 10:30am hope to see you all there. Registrations can be made at the pub.
A great week in sport this week with and I have to mention it first the great win by the Australian cricket team to go one up in the Ashes and I think that takes it to oh! Yes a 71year winning streak for the Aussies at Lords. Now on a sadder note the Australian loss to the South Africans (that’s enough said about that).
Singer's Tam

Don’t miss the first Tri-Nations game next week on Saturday South Africa V’s Australia 8pm should be a great game. See the website or the notice boards at the pub for schedules and times.
Another great motor sporting weekend with the Moto GP being run in terribly wet conditions and a great F1 race with plenty of actions and don’t forget it is all happening again this weekend.

I must admit I had the great pleasure of sitting down for a couple of hours and having a chat the current IBF Junior Welterweight champion Ricky Hatton, who is out here on holidays watching his football team. We had a very in depth conversation about how much money he lost me on that fight and I thanked him for helping lose that big weight in my back pocket. Apart from that a great bloke and will also go on to be a great champion. Cheers Ricky (sorry Kostya)!!!

Well that’s it from me again this week.
