...Welcome sport fans to this week’s Simon Says

It has been a whirl wind week down here with that much sport on the box; the staff has been run off their feet.

Let's start at the beginning. The SVFGS had their bi-weekly outing at Green Valley on Tuesday with a pairs scramble being the order of the day. As usual my team was scrambling for last
place. I think the only way I will win something is to make a prize for the wooden spoon each week. It seems that it could have my name permanently engraved on it.

Never mind. Getting back to the important people. It was a close fought battle with not a lot between the first few places, but edging out the competitions to take home the glory was the team of:

1st - Martin Davies and Dave Burgess with 69.2
2nd - Gerry Carpenter and Mikael Anderson with 70.0
3rd - Ian Edwards and Alan Pearce with 70.4

Nearest the pins Alan Pearce and Simon Dutton

Don't miss our next outing on the 21st June at Phoenix.

Well, what a week. The rugby is back in full swing with 4 games throughout the week. Don't forget they are all live down here at the pub and we have some special surprises during the test matches.

So don't forget to organize your timetable to come down and enjoy the fun.

We have this week
to do it all over again.

United States Indianapolis
The band had us all rocking on Friday night. With the new additions they have a whole new repertoire, which has the crowds dancing the night away.

All your motor sport was on this week with a late showing again. Always remember that the kitchen stays open till 1am everyday, just incase those late night snacks are needed for that special occasion.

Look forward to seeing you all next week.

Cheers
